How I can help

A warm, compassionate space to be heard.

I know how hard it is to feel stuck, hopeless, worried or depressed. I believe we all need to feel heard and witnessed in our struggles.

I aim to provide a warm, compassionate space to listen to whatever you’re going through. I’m not here to fix you, rather to walk beside you and support you to find the best way forward for yourself.

We all have challenges, and you don’t need to be alone trying to work it out and find answers. I can provide a space for you to explore what you need, and what’s holding you back from feeling more ease in your life. I’ll offer non-judgemental reflections on what I hear, and together we can think about possibilities for doing things differently.

Whatever you’re carrying

You don’t need to be alone with it.

People come to counselling for all sorts of reasons. Some arrive with something specific, others with a feeling that’s hard to put into words. These are some of the things I work with:

  • Anxiety
  • Depression
  • Grief and loss, in all its forms
  • Anger
  • Addictions
  • Relationship breakdown
  • Life transitions
  • Domestic abuse
  • Loneliness
  • Shame
  • Low self-esteem
  • Attachment and belonging
  • Feeling stuck

I welcome clients of all genders, sexualities and relationship styles, including those who are LGBTQ+, kink-practising, or in ethically non-monogamous relationships. This is a space for you, as you are.

As well as a way to face life’s challenges, therapy can also be a space to reconnect with joy, passion and humour.

What to expect

Getting started is simpler than it might feel.

  1. 01 Free

    A 15-minute phone call

A relaxed chat about what’s bringing you to counselling. Ask me anything about how I work, and see whether I feel like the right fit for you.

  2. 02

    Your first session

We’ll explore in more depth what’s going on for you right now, and what you hope to gain from therapy. I’ll also explain confidentiality and how our sessions work.

  3. 03

    Sessions at your pace

You lead. Bring anything you wish, and we’ll always go at your pace. I won’t arrive with an agenda for you, just a real curiosity about what matters most to you.

About me

You’re the expert on your own life. Not me.

I’m a person-centred counsellor. My role isn’t to diagnose or direct, but to offer you a relationship where you feel genuinely met: with warmth, without judgement, and with real curiosity about your experience.

I’ll show up in our sessions as my authentic self, and accept you exactly as you are, with whatever you want to discuss.

Ready when you are.

Above all, I hope to offer you a space where you can show up honestly, be met with kindness, and begin to find your own way toward the things that matter to you.
